- I did like leaving when the class ends to go to lunch
- i didn't like walking into class
- i do recommend more group activities or if it continues to be individual we should be able to listen to music
- i make small goals and big goals every day i don't need a journal

- i learned that your mental health is really important to be able to get to where you wanna be in life
